If you missed the March incentives, you missed some good ones, but April new car incentives have plenty of lease savings, low APRs, and bonus cash!
The latest round of new car incentives goes all over the place when it comes to leasing, financing, and getting bonus cash. First of all, there are some new models available to lease for the first time. That includes the 2024 GMC Hummer, the 2024 Jeep Gladiator, and the 2025 Hyundai IONIQ 5 N. The IONIQ is the first 2025 model available to lease across any automotive brand right now.
Then you’ve got some models that dropped in monthly lease price and in the amount due at signing. The 2024 Chevy Colorado (which you can learn more about in our in-depth review), the 2024 Jeep Compass, the 2024 Ford Bronco, and the 2024 Kia EV6 are all among the dozen or more models that are cheaper to lease right now. Several models went the other way, increasing in monthly lease price and the amount due at signing, proving that if you want to make the most of these incentives, you truly do have to strike while the iron is hot. The 2024 Honda Accord, 2024 Nissan Altima, 2023 Lincoln Aviator, and 2023 GMC Acadia are all among them.
When it comes to purchasing, there are still some good interest rates to be had, but just like with the leasing situation, March had better (and lower) options than April does. Still, there are plenty of rates below 3.0% and several below the 1.0% mark, too. Hyundai, Mazda, and Ford have the most options to choose from, but Ford also has the highest annual percentage rate at 7.9% for up to 84 months. Some Dodge, Chrysler, Lexus, Lincoln, Audi, and Jeep models aren’t far behind with close to a 6.9% interest rate for up to 72 months.
As you look through all the April new car incentives, pay attention to the special offers, too. If you’re not considering a Toyota bZ4X, perhaps you should be. The 2023 bZ4X comes with $13,000 in lease cash, and the 2024 bZ4X isn’t far behind with $11,500 in lease cash! Some Chevy models come with up to $7,500 in bonus cash, Mercedes-Benz is offering up to 7,500 in lease bonus cash, and both Dodge and Jeep have total cash allowance that is over $7,800. Those deals are all on select models, of course.
